Lil Tjay Sparks Controversy After Arrest Linked to Offset Shooting

Lil Tjay has stirred up controversy after being arrested in connection with the shooting of Offset outside the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida. The incident occurred on April 6, where Offset sustained non-life-threatening injuries.

Police reports indicate that Lil Tjay, who has been embroiled in a feud with Offset, was arrested for disorderly conduct and later released on bond. Upon his release, Tjay unleashed a barrage of insults at Offset, labeling him a "rat" and claiming he had no involvement in the shooting. "Did I shoot Offset? That shit is crazy," he stated, expressing disbelief over the accusations.

According to a probable cause affidavit, Lil Tjay allegedly instigated a fight with Offset, which escalated to gunfire from one of Tjay's associates, injuring Offset. Surveillance footage reportedly captured Tjay directing his entourage to confront Offset. Eyewitness accounts describe Tjay approaching the victims aggressively while filming the confrontation.

Despite the serious allegations, Tjay's attorney, Dawn M. Florio, has denied his client's involvement, asserting that no charges related to shooting have been filed against him. Meanwhile, Offset remains hospitalized, recuperating from his injuries, and was recently seen smoking outside the hospital in a wheelchair.
