Kanye West Unveils 'Bully' Tracklist and Addresses AI Controversy

March 26, 2026

Kanye West has unveiled the tracklist for his highly anticipated album, Bully, set to release this Friday, March 27, via Gamma. This marks Ye’s first solo project since 2021’s Donda and features 18 tracks, including previously released songs such as “Preacher Man,” “Beauty and the Beast,” and “Damn.” While the list of producers and guest features remains undisclosed, rumors suggest that Travis Scott may contribute to the track “Father,” and longtime collaborator Mike Dean is also involved.

In a recent post on X (formerly Twitter), Kanye emphasized that Bully will contain “no AI,” countering earlier claims about using artificial intelligence for the album. During a 2025 interview, he discussed the potential of AI in music creation, stating, “You can take any song and separate it — just get the vocals, the bassline, drums.” However, he clarified that he crafted the samples by hand, aiming for a more positive sound reminiscent of Lauryn Hill’s Miseducation and Gnarls Barkley’s work.

Kanye acknowledges that the title Bully carries a controversial connotation, but he sees it as an opportunity for positive change. This album comes after Kanye’s public apology for his antisemitic remarks, where he expressed “deep regret” and attributed his actions to undiagnosed brain injuries from a past car accident.

To support the release of Bully, Kanye will embark on a tour, performing at Los Angeles' SoFi Stadium on April 1 and 3, with additional dates planned in India, Turkey, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain from June to August.
